Lena Hung is the Principal of Lena Hung and Associates and is an Accredited Immigration Law Specialist based in Melbourne, an LIV qualification held by only 53 solicitors in Victoria.

Lena is passionately involved in the migration and legal communities and presently holds the following positions:

She has over 20 years of professional expertise in Immigration Law and has a wealth of experience in presenting approved CPD seminars and workshops. She is the principal facilitator and presenter for Enriched Migration Training CPD programs, an organisation which has provided CPD training to hundreds of RMAs and Lawyers.

Lena has been awarded the Law Institute of Victoria’s (LIV) President’s Award for Outstanding Service in 2021 for her dedication and contributions to various LIV committees including the Migration Law Committee. Lena has also been recognised by her peers as Best Lawyers in Australia in Immigration Law for every year since 2021.

Senior Associate - Lawyer

Keat Low is a Senior Associate Lawyer with 14 years of experience in migration law. She graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce. Keat is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) and the Asian Australian Lawyers Association (AALA).

Keat is an Officer of the High Court of Australia and is qualified to perform Federal Litigation. Keat has experience at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) as well as applications for Ministerial Intervention.

Keat’s principal area of practice is Immigration Law. She is experienced in all areas of migration law and has successfully managed family related immigration matters such as Partner, Parent, Dependent Relative, Carer and Child Visas, Student Visas, Business Visas including Sponsorship, Employer Nomination, Business Innovation and Investment, Visitor Visas, Skilled Migration Visas, Resident Return and Citizenship applications, Family violence and Visa Cancellation Issues.

Dennis Shen

Dennis Shen is an Senior Associate and LIV Accredited Specialist Immigration lawyer. He has practiced in the area of migration for over 14 years. He graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Media Communications). Dennis has experience in all immigration areas with a particular focus on Corporate and Business migration. Dennis has experience at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) as well as applications for Ministerial Intervention.

Dennis undertakes principal areas of practice in Business Migration including Business Sponsorship and Employer Nomination, Business Innovation and Investment and Business Talent, and is experienced in managing other migration matters such as General Skilled, Student visas, Partner visas, Cancellations and Citizenship, Refugee and Protection visas.

Dennis has featured as a guest presenter in a legal educational capacity for a number of institutes including Leo Cussen Centre for Law, Enriched Migration Training and Vicinity Centres.
